Rush
In this mammoth project, we were responsible for expanding the approximately 17,000 m² exhibition hall. This included the large main stage including plenum, 12 workshop rooms and various catering and exhibition areas. The fact that, despite the tight planning and extremely short implementation time, we got everything well managed, gives us the pleasant feeling of unclouded summit-summit happiness to this day.
Good pulse
Sometimes we had a slightly increased pulse. No wonder, that was the biggest event that we have staged for Microsoft so far. What was particularly exciting was the fact that we had little time to set up, only three and a half days. And so 75 e.w.enture boys worked day and night shifts around the clock. For the precise integration of the complex LED technology into the wall panels of the stage, which are up to 5.5 m high, our teams coordinated with the technology service provider in great detail.
Lucky yodeler
A few more #funfacts that illustrate the size of the project! We laid a total of 3,000 m² of floor coverings, 1,500 m² of platform areas, built over 4,000 m² of fabric-covered walls and hung over 800 m² of printed ceiling banners. Our TapeArt-Man refined the stage and hall floor with 1.7 kilometers of fluorescent tape. Well – and in total we sent over 700 cubic meters of building material from Munich to Frankfurt. Thanks and hollerädullijöh to the customer Microsoft, the agency E-Team and all service partners for the great cooperation!
