Total international – The ECKART 2018 in New York
In June 2018, the renowned ECKART Award was presented at the Spring Studios in New York. Named after the legendary chef Eckart Witzigmann, the award honors personalities who have made outstanding contributions to culinary arts and food culture. This exceptional event celebrated the world’s finest cuisine – and we at e.w.enture were proud to realize the complete event setup for this special occasion.
Total brilliant – A spectacular rooftop experience
On the rooftop bar we designed, the organizers welcomed around 200 international guests, all captivated by the breathtaking view over the Manhattan skyline. Our team created an atmospheric setting that impressed both visually and functionally:
- A photo point with a cut-out view of the New York skyline, perfect for unforgettable memories.
- A barbecue grill station and various market stalls offering culinary highlights.
- Seating and lounge furniture that created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
This setup turned the rooftop bar into a central meeting point of the evening – a place that left a lasting impression on the international guests.
Total phenomenal – The dinner area on the 6th floor
The dinner area we built on the 6th floor of the Spring Studios was just as impressive as the rooftop bar. With a clear focus on elegance and functionality, we created the perfect setting for the award ceremony:
- A 30 m² stage with a large screen for presentations and the ECKART Award ceremony.
- 18 large banquet tables with seating for 198 guests, transforming the dinner area into a stylish backdrop.
- Three chandeliers that added a warm, elegant atmosphere.
- A kitchen and plating station, seamlessly integrated with large shutter walls for both function and aesthetics.

The ECKART 2018 was not only an impressive culinary highlight but also a phenomenal project we were thrilled to bring to life. From the spectacular rooftop bar to the elegant dinner area on the 6th floor – every space was crafted with attention to detail and the highest standards of design and functionality.
