Special exhibition – “HOW TO CATCH A NAZI”
HOW TO CATCH A NAZI – Exhibition at the Filmmuseum Potsdam. For the traveling exhibition HOW TO CATCH A NAZI. Operation Finale: The Capture and Trial of Adolf Eichmann, we, e.w.enture GmbH, have taken on the architectural concept, detailed planning, and complete construction implementation – including transport and logistics. The exhibition is presented by the Filmmuseum Potsdam together with Adolf Rosenberger gGmbH. The patron is Günther Jauch. In the commemorative year 2025 – 80 years after the liberation of Auschwitz and the end of World War II – the Filmmuseum is sending a clear message for democracy, reconciliation, and remembrance. The exhibition is aimed particularly at a young audience and is designed to be accessible. The content of HOW TO CATCH A NAZI is dedicated to the spectacular discovery, capture, and trial of Adolf Eichmann – one of the main perpetrators of the Holocaust. The exhibition, originally developed by the Maltz Museum (USA) in cooperation with a former Mossad agent and the ANU – Museum of the Jewish People, has been revised and expanded for the German context, taking into account historical and scholarly perspectives. After its first stop in Munich (2023–2024), Potsdam will be the second stop in Germany. The exhibition will be on view at the Filmmuseum Potsdam from March 27, 2025, to February 1, 2026. In Potsdam, it was supplemented by a filmic exploration of the Eichmann case and also addresses the memory-cultural dimensions of his media reception.
