2017 was an exciting and eventful year for e.w.enture. We had the privilege of realizing numerous fascinating projects, supporting our clients with competent planning and professional execution.
Here is a look back at some of our highlights – strong appearances worth showing off!
BMW Product and Brand Experience – Barcelona
For the BMW Product and Brand Experience (PBE) in Barcelona, the most important international dealer event, we delivered an impressive overall performance:
- Race track: Precise staging of driving experiences and workshop areas, with top-quality interior finishes that made the brand value of BMW tangible.
- Event hall: A glamorous overall appearance with stages, show podiums, and audience stands.
- Hotel: Exclusive design of the BMW areas.
Over four weeks, international dealer groups took part in two-day event series, which were thought through down to the last detail and executed to perfection.
Audi Winter Sports – Successful appearances in DACH
As part of our framework contract with Audi, we accompanied the brand at various winter sports events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our services included:
- Construction of portable event spaces / outfitted containers with strong brand focus.
- High-quality equipment combining functionality and design.
- Perfect integration of the Audi philosophy into sporty environments such as the Audi Winter Sports vehicle course, etc.
These appearances impressively strengthened Audi’s presence in the winter sports scene.
MINI Dealer Conference – International MINI Dealer Experience (IMDE)
On the occasion of the launch of the new generation MINI Countryman (F60), the BMW Group organized the International MINI Dealer Experience in Bilbao and San Sebastian, Spain in early 2017.
We were responsible for the realization (exhibition construction) of an unforgettable event that thrilled participants from all over the world:
- Welcome Location: Guests were welcomed at the renowned restaurant Azurmendi – Pret à Porter in Larrabetzu, famous for its extraordinary atmosphere and culinary highlights. Complete interior and exhibition construction.
- Workshop locations: Including the charming Bodega Katxina Txakolina in Orio, a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Complete interior and exhibition construction.
- Scenic Drive Stop: Participants enjoyed an impressive stopover in Ondarroa to discover the region more intensively. Complete interior and exhibition construction.
- Guest hotel: Accommodation at the elegant Hotel NH Collection San Sebastian Aranzazu, offering maximum comfort and an ideal location. Complete interior and exhibition construction.
Super Natural – ISPO Munich
We also celebrated success in the field of exhibition construction: For Super Natural at ISPO Munich, we created a stand that impressed visitors with modern design and interactive elements.
Whether smaller trade fair appearances or large-scale international events – 2017 was characterized by exciting challenges and projects that delighted both us and our clients.
