Volkswagen AG – Group Evening Paris

Volkswagen Group – Group evening at the Mondial de l’Automobile 2012, Paris. On the occasion of the “Mondial de l’Automobile 2012”, the Volkswagen Group staged a spectacular corporate evening on September 26, 2012 in the Freyssinet hall in Paris. Around 1,500 international specialist journalists as well as guests from politics, business and culture experienced an impressive brand presentation in which all Group brands were presented in a joint production. We, e.w.enture GmbH, were responsible for the implementation planning, construction coordination, logistics as well as construction and dismantling. The lavishly designed interior of the listed hall was completely rebuilt and transformed into an impressive event arena. The centerpiece was a 73 meter wide stage with 1,250 seats, flanked by large, movable high-resolution LED panels that continued into the ceiling and the auditorium. Six motorized vehicle gates enabled spectacular driving presentations, while a second level with catering, press and backstage areas provided logistical support for the event. After the multimedia presentation of all brands, the dinner area behind it was opened - the smooth transition from show to evening event ensured an extraordinary brand experience that lasted until the early hours of the morning. With this major project, we were able to impressively demonstrate our expertise in the structural realization of international premium events and show how precise planning, technical innovation and brand staging work together perfectly.
