Santis – September meeting

Santis September Conference 2023 – The Field Service of the Future on 7,500 m² of event space. The Santis September Conference took place from September 9 to 13, 2023, at the BallhausForum of the Infinity Hotel in Munich. Under the motto "The Field Service of the Future," participants gathered to experience the strategic direction and vision of Santis – a company dedicated to optimal primary healthcare in Germany and successfully bringing innovative products from the pharmaceutical manufacturer AstraZeneca to physicians and healthcare professionals. We, e.w.enture GmbH, were responsible for the structural and technical implementation of this large-scale event – ​​from specialist planning and construction to execution in accordance with the performance phases according to the HOAI 5-9. A total of 7,500 m² of event space created an impressive production: an authentic mountain landscape with an impressive stage set and digital all-around print, complemented by a custom-made real wood walkway that underscored the natural atmosphere. The logistically challenging implementation – with an intensive setup day and a setup night – was precisely planned and executed on schedule. The result was an inspiring setting that perfectly conveyed Santis' vision, motivation, and brand message, offering participants an unforgettable experience.
