Do you feel addressed?
- The Success Factor: Working Together
- Responsibility You Can Feel
- Balancing Work and Life
- Authentic, Not Pretentious
- Diversity as Strength
- Leadership That Leads by Example
What matters to us is the team. In day-to-day work, on-site assignments, and when things need to move quickly – we rely on each other. We are practical, solution-oriented, and pull together. It doesn’t matter if someone just joined or has been with us for years: we talk openly about projects, processes, and challenges. Because understanding each other creates flexibility – and that’s what our job requires.
As an employer, we take responsibility – for our employees, for our clients, and for the projects we deliver. We provide secure jobs with real prospects, invest in professional development, and ensure stability beyond the present day through our company pension plan. This mindset shapes our daily actions – on-site just as much as in the office.
Our job demands commitment – which is why it’s important to us that work and life remain in balance. Flexible working hours, home office options for planning or administrative tasks, and fair vacation policies are standard here. Those who take on responsibility also get the freedom to shape their work. And during special phases of life, such as parental leave, we stand behind you as a team.
What matters to us: you don’t have to pretend. Even in the interview, we want to get to know you as you are. Because for us, what counts is how you contribute, not how you present yourself. We believe in growth – through experience, through mistakes, through feedback. We grow with you when you grow with us.
People with different backgrounds, paths, and experiences work with us. And that’s a good thing – because this very diversity makes our work better. Everyone brings something unique that moves us forward as a team. We value respectful interaction and create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable – on-site, in the warehouse, or in the project office.
Our leaders aren’t detached – they’re right in the middle of things. They know what’s important because they manage projects themselves and lend a hand. What guides us are clear values: trust, honesty, and the will to be strong together. With us, there’s no unnecessary bureaucracy – but real support when it’s needed. That’s how we achieve the best together.
