BMW "Product & Brand Experience" – An exclusive event for dealers and executives. The BMW internal event series "Product & Brand Experience" (PBE) was designed specifically for dealers, entrepreneurs, and executives worldwide. The goal was to foster enthusiasm for the new BMW models through immersive driving experiences, emotional presentations, and innovative product highlights, while also providing a platform for exchange and strategic inspiration. The PBE 2019 focused on the upcoming market launch of the new BMW models, as well as other product highlights and future prospects. These topics were perfectly presented both in terms of content and design. The main event locations were the Autódromo do Estoril and the Palacio de Xabregas. Driving demonstrations of the new models took place at the Autódromo, complemented by workshops that provided detailed insights into the products and brand strategy. Experience spaces were created in the Palacio de Xabregas, while the vehicle presentation and a celebratory dinner evening took place in the main hall. Additionally, smaller installations were realized at the Epic Sana, Tivoli, and Intercontinental hotels, rounding out the overall experience. We took over project management and control in just six weeks, and during an intensive two-week installation period, we implemented the diverse event locations with precision and precision.
