BMW – International Customer Convention

BMW Group International Customer Convention 2017 – A first-class event at the BMW Driving Academy. The BMW Group International Customer Convention (ICC) 2017 took place from June 19 to 22 at the BMW Driving Academy in Maisach and brought together around 400 international participants from Global Fortune 500 and DAX-listed companies, as well as leading leasing companies. The event provided a perfect opportunity to strengthen BMW's brand image and present new products. For this exclusive event, we took over the construction and expansion of various event areas. This included the reception and hospitality area, where we offered participants an inviting space for discussions and networking. The show stage was equipped with high-quality technology and suitable seating to ensure optimal views of the presentations and discussions. The lunch area in the temporary building was designed to be modern and comfortable, complemented by a large terrace that allowed guests to take a pleasant break outdoors. We also set up a workshop hangar, featuring the necessary technical equipment and optimal room layout for interactive sessions. Thanks to our expertise in trade fair construction and event management, we were able to implement the event smoothly, thus making a decisive contribution to the success of BMW ICC 2017.
