Avant-garde – office conversion

Fresh into Werk3 – A creative office expansion for Avantgarde in Munich's Werksviertel district! In the summer of 2016, the time had finally come: The Munich agency Avantgarde moved into its new home – a spacious 3,500 m² office space in Werk3 in Munich's Werksviertel district. Around 200 creative minds found not only space here, but also an inspiring environment that reflected the agency's vision. And that's exactly what we achieved with our office expansion. For this extraordinary project, we handled the entire interior design, creating spaces that are both functional and creative. From the innovative design of the fabric-covered seating niches to the stylish, wood-paneled reception lobby and the mysterious "Poker Room" – every area was designed with attention to detail and a clear focus on creativity and collaboration. The challenge was to create spaces that capture the agency's creative energy while also providing an efficient working environment. The result? An office that not only impresses with its aesthetics, but also promotes collaboration and creative exchange – exactly what Avantgarde needs to continue realizing innovative projects.
