Audi Le Mans – Hotel & Hospitality in Pole Position. At the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, e.w.enture, on behalf of Audi AG, implemented a comprehensive brand presence with numerous hospitality and communication areas around the racetrack. In addition to the Audi Racing Hotel (exhibition complex) and the Audi Employee Camp, e.w.enture was responsible for the Audi Racing Area, the Audi Racing Club (approx. 750 m²), the Audi Racing Garden (approx. 560 m² in total), the Audi Racing Lounges (three double boxes above the Audi pits), the Audi Fan Area, the Audi Exhibition Area, the Audi Racing Arena, the Audi Team & Media Hospitality, the Audi quattro Shop, and various secondary locations inside and outside the racetrack. Within the framework of the existing framework agreement with Audi AG, e.w.enture took over the planning, construction, and logistical implementation of all areas – from technical planning and production to setup and dismantling and overall logistics. The goal was to create an emotional experience for Audi's brand presence during the race weekend and to offer guests, partners, and employees a high-quality, brand-typical environment. With many years of experience in international event and trade fair construction, efficient logistics, and architectural precision, e.w.enture ensured a consistent overall image across all areas. The result was a hospitality and brand architecture that perfectly combined Audi's technology, design, and passion for racing – a pole position appearance at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
